Community Futures Lambton (CF Lambton), formerly known as the Sarnia Lambton Business Development Corporation, is a non-profit community-based corporation with the mandate of strategic community planning and development and helping small and medium-sized businesses, new or existing, in Lambton County to grow. CF Lambton provides comprehensive products and services including free in-depth business counseling, repayable financing to a maximum of $250,000, business library, computer lab, and internet access. CF Lambton also delivers the Ontario Self Employment Benefit (OSB) Program for the Government of Ontario.

The Sarnia Lambton Workforce Development Board is one of 22 community-based, non-profit corporations established in Ontario to play a leadership role in labor force development.
