Traction 2026 is a practical morning for Sarnia-Lambton business owners and leaders who want to make stronger decisions about business performance and growth.
The morning begins with breakfast and a Lessons Learned panel featuring four local businesses who will share the mistakes they've made, how they moved forward, and the learning they've taken with them.
Following the breakfast session, attendees will participate in either the Business Builder Lab or the Business Growth Lab.
The Business Builder Lab is for new or active businesses who are in the steep learning curve of business ownership. This lab will feature three speakers who will provide practical insights into strengthening/building sales funnels, developing strong financial metrics/dashboards, and improving operational efficiency.
The Business Growth Lab is for more established businesses who are at the cusp of growth. They are ready to expand but are hungry for insight/information that will support their decision. This session will begin with a facilitated panel discussion featuring businesses who have first-hand experience with business growth and who will share their stories and insights. The panel will be followed by 20-minute table discussions on topics including the legal, export, financing, operational efficiency, and staff performance challenges that businesses considering expansion could face.
All participants will leave with practical tools, templates or tangible takeaways to put to use in their own business.
