An 11.5 acre parcel of vacant greenfield land is now available for sale in the Sarnia Business and Research Park (SBRP). The land is owned by the City of Sarnia and is located between London Line and Perch Creek in the northern portion of the business park with future road access off Old London Road.

The SBRP is a 184-acre site that is zoned Light Industrial 1 (LI1) which permits non-noxious and non-offensive light manufacturing and assembly uses, as well as related compatible uses such as warehousing, truck transportation terminals, research and development establishments, and offices.

Sarnia City Council deemed the 11.5 acre parcel as surplus at its meeting on June 12, 2023. A 21-day public notice period is in effect starting on July 6, 2023, after which time the City will be open to receiving any offers or expressions of interest to purchase the land.
