The Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport Master Plan was completed by HM Aero in April 2022 with the goals of implementing a clear plan to build a sustainable future operation at the airport, to operate a safe airport with a long term vision, to build value and gain return from the asset to fund its future needs, to institute appropriate governance, controls and financial reporting systems, and to attract business and tourism connections.
The 20-year plan provides short-term, medium-term, and long-term recommendations.
